The EMPOWER – Motivational Workshop developed by Crisis Consultant Group, LLC CEO and Founder, Mr. Brendan King is one of the most effective tools to accomplish this task. Combining 22 years of personal and professional growth into an engaging, enlightening, light-hearted, and thought-provoking workshop, Mr. King encourages each attendee to look within themselves and re-establish a connection to their own internal goals and desires. Helping employees find a renewed sense of purpose and motivation through a process of raising self-awareness, assisting with self-examination, and prompting movement thorough self-reflection. This workshop can be customized into 1hr, 2hr, or 3hr. modules, and is best suited for groups of 20 or more.
