The SOLVE Solution Workshop™ provides a unique way to bring training to your staff without having to commit to the full certification courses offered by CCG. This workshop will offer your staff that "extra training" that you would like them to have, while not requiring the full 8 to 32 hours of instruction that come from our other courses.
This workshop specializes on the theories behind our unique verbal crisis intervention techniques using detailed handouts, and a PowerPoint Multimedia Presentation combined with numerous role play scenarios directly geared towards your type of organization. The training will focus in on the situations that your staff routinely encounter, helping them discover new, creative, and effective ways to deal with them.
In addition, when the students of this workshop participate in the exciting role plays, they will also benefit from the CCG, LLC Realistic Feedback System™ (RFS) which provides a competency based, effective and creative way to evaluate coworker's skills and abilities. Using this system allows participants to recognize their strengths and weaknesses immediately following each scenario in a teambuilding and constructive manner.
The workshop can be taught at your location or ours, whichever option best suits your budget and staffing needs. Many of our clients have asked us for a way to "fill in" the gaps from other training they have received by other alternative training organizations, in a shortened, yet more effective and intensive manner.
